Sorry, I just couldn’t resist making Saint look like a bad word. I hope it catches on as a new internet meme. I owe it to my Great-great-great grandparents and other Irish ancestors to at least acknowledge today. Sadly I’m not going out drinking tonight since I have to work tomorrow and want to be responsible, however that doesn’t mean I’m not drinking. I should be drinking Gennis but I’m not, instead I just opened a Heavy Horse Scotch Ale from the Big Sky Brewing Co. It’s a pretty hoppy ale, like most Big Sky beers, but damn it’s good. This isn’t surpassing since I love both beer and scotch and the vast majority of my DNA made its way through the British Isles (English, Irish, Scottish, and probably Welsh).
