Atheist Conferences

If you’ve never been to one, then you really should. They are truly awesome. If you feel alone, isolated, or powerless as a non-believer in this seemingly Christian nation, going to an atheist conference can help you realize that you are not. It is by far worth the time and expense. Here’s a few great options coming up soon:

American Atheists 50th Anniversary Conference in Austin, TX March 28 – 30, 2013

Northwest Freethought Alliance Conference in Portland, OR April 5 – 7, 2013 with the chance to see Hemant Mehta, Dr. Darrel Ray, and Dr. Valerie Tarico. Shelley Segal will be the musical performer before Dr. Darrel Ray takes the stage at the banquet. They’ll be joined on Sunday morning by Dr. Peter Boghgossian for the Speakers’ Q&A session. Not only that, but Wesley and I will be doing a live recording of Atheist Nomads for one of the workshops, and great times at one of Portland’s awesome bars will be guaranteed after Dr. Ray get’s us all jazzed up.
