For starters odds are that there are going to be lots of computers and other high tech gadgets. Take my place for example. In my living room I have a 42″ HTDV that’s connected to a sound system that could rattle a mansion, a Home Theater PC, and a PS3. In my den it’s the desktop computer connected to dual monitors, a file server and a backup server. I also have a netbook floating around somewhere in my place. Much like a scientific laboratory, the substantial amount of computing power is all runing on Unix based operating systems, in my case Arch Linux.
Then there’s the chemical experiments. Ok, in my bachelor pad, it’s really just the one: tweaking brain chemistry with alcohol, tobacco, and caffeine.
A lot of bachelor pads also resemble biological laboratories, with several cultures of mirco-organisims growing, some being refrigerated and others in the bathroom… I think you get the gist.

Wow! This discovery is amazing, hehe! Bachelor pads must all be comprised of many different parts and rooms. But some pads can also have other kinds of "laboratories."
