Grandiose, Exaggerated Claims?

In any discussion it’s always important to remember who has the burden of proof. In the case of someone asserting that something exists that someone else doesn’t believe exists, whether it’s Bigfoot or God, the person making the claim has to provide the evidence. Unfortunately people tend to have a strong emotional investment in their religious beliefs, so any contradiction of that can garner a strong emotional response.
